Elegant Rooftop Wedding at Revery in Downtown Columbus

We’ll never forget the moment we arrived at Kjersten’s Airbnb in downtown Columbus. As we walked up to the front door, we could see her through the glass — running down the stairs in her beautiful white robe, her smile as bright as ever. The second she opened the door, she threw her arms around us in the biggest hug, and right then, it felt like reuniting with old friends. We’d photographed their engagement session months earlier, and walking into their wedding day felt like picking up right where we left off — full of joy, laughter, and the sweetest friendship.

Inside, the bridal suite was filled with happiness — bridesmaids in matching pajamas, music playing, and laughter spilling through every room. It was one of those mornings that simply radiated joy. You could tell how deeply loved Kjersten is by the way her friends surrounded her, cheering her on through every moment. And she, in true Kjersten fashion, was calm, joyful, and fully soaking in the day.

When we arrived at Revery, their stunning rooftop wedding venue in downtown Columbus, we couldn’t stop smiling. Before the ceremony, Kjersten and Adam shared one of the sweetest first looks we’ve ever photographed. It was freezing, so we told them it was completely fine to stay warm inside — but before we could even finish the sentence, they both smiled and said, “Let’s do it!” We followed them out to the rooftop of Revery, where the downtown Columbus skyline glowed behind them, and the air was crisp and still. They laughed through the cold, holding each other close as the wind danced around them, and we couldn’t help but laugh right along with them. It was pure joy — the kind of moment that reminds us why we love what we do.
