A few months later, we found ourselves wandering the quiet paths of Wegerzyn Gardens during their engagement session in Dayton, Ohio, listening to them tell that story as the first rays of morning sunlight streamed through the trees.
The sweetest part is that their story didn't begin with a mountaintop proposal. It began years earlier in the same hometown, where they always knew of one another but never truly crossed paths. It wasn't until college—thanks to mutual roommates and shared friends—that everything changed. What began as friendship quickly became something neither of them could imagine living without.
