There’s something so special about seeing two people who just get each other. Katie and Zach are one of those couples. From the moment we met them, we could tell—they just click.
During their downtown Huntsville engagement session, we asked them a question we love asking our couples: When did you know?
Before Katie could even answer, Zach jumped in, sharing what she had told him before. From the very beginning, she noticed how treasured he made her feel. The way he planned something so thoughtful—setting up a surprise by the Montgomery River on her birthday, complete with flowers and gifts—just to ask her to be his girlfriend. But it wasn’t just that moment. It was who he is. He always goes out of his way to make her feel special.
And Zach? He couldn’t stop gushing about Katie. How she’s effortlessly funny. How she’s so naturally adorable without even trying. The way she smiled as he said it made it even sweeter. The entire session, he built her up with his words, and watching the way they looked at each other was the kind of love that makes you believe in forever.
These two are as kind as they are joyful, and getting to document this season for them was an absolute joy!
